The 13th Agent Achievement Awards were celebrated at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on the 23rd April 2009

Over 275 leisure and business travel agents, including multiples and independents, attended the event, making the AAAs one of the biggest travel agent gatherings in the UK.
