Best thing about the job

Experiencing wonderful hotels, then being able to personally recommend them to clients, gives me great job satisfaction.

Worst thing about the job

Timewasters. It amazes me that people think they can come and spend hours with us free of charge gaining valuable information then book elsewhere. There is no other industry that offers such knowledge and expertise at no initial cost.

Best Holiday experience

There have been many. The most exciting were jumping off Sky Tower in Auckland New Zealand, and seeing the Wildebeest migration in Tanzania. The most luxurious was afternoon tea at the Burj al Arab in Dubai.

Favourite Airline

Singapore Airlines, and they depart from Manchester!

Next Trip

An Arctic Adventure in Lapland to hopefully see the Northern Lights

I would recommend that everyone uses a good travel agent. We hear so many stories of clients who
have encountered problems when things go wrong with Internet bookings, and there is no one to
